What is IPTV?
IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) delivers television channels and on-demand video over your internet connection instead of through an aerial, satellite dish or cable box. You watch through an app on a device you already own.
How does the service work?
You choose a plan, receive your account details and setup instructions, install a compatible player app on your device, sign in and start watching. See the setup guide for step-by-step instructions.
Which devices are supported?
Most modern devices are supported, including Smart TVs, Android and iOS phones and tablets, Apple TV, Fire TV, Android TV boxes, Windows and Mac computers. The features page lists the current device categories.
How do I set it up?
Setup usually takes a few minutes: install a player app, enter the details you receive after ordering, and load your channel list. Full instructions are in the setup guide.
What internet connection is recommended?
A stable broadband connection is recommended. As a general guide: around 5 Mbps for standard definition, 10–15 Mbps for HD, and 25 Mbps or more for 4K. Most New Zealand broadband plans, including fibre, comfortably meet this.
How do subscriptions work?
Plans are available in different lengths, and the pricing page shows what is included with each. Every plan is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal — you choose when to renew.
How can I get support?
You can reach the support team through the contact options on the contact page, including WhatsApp. We are open around the clock on weekdays, with reduced hours on weekends — see the contact page for the full schedule.
Can I watch on more than one device?
Yes — the number of simultaneous streams depends on the plan you choose. The pricing page shows the connection count included with each plan.
Does IPTV NZ work with my internet provider?
Yes. IPTV NZ streams over any broadband connection, so it works with Spark, One NZ, 2degrees, Skinny, Contact and any other New Zealand internet provider — as long as your connection is stable.
Do I need a satellite dish, aerial or set-top box?
No. IPTV NZ streams entirely over the internet, so there is no dish, aerial or extra hardware to install — just a compatible device and a player app.
How do I pay in New Zealand dollars?
All plans are listed in NZ dollars, and you can pay by bank transfer, crypto or card.
How fast is activation after I order?
Most accounts are active within minutes of ordering, so you can start watching the same day. See setup guide for what happens next.
