Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase or use our service.
Account and access
After ordering, you'll receive account details for use with a supported IPTV player app. Keep these details confidential — sharing or reselling your subscription is not permitted and may result in suspension without refund.
Subscriptions and payment
Plans are one-time payments for the duration selected at checkout (e.g. 6, 12, 24 or 36 months, or lifetime). There is no automatic renewal or recurring billing — your subscription simply ends at the end of its term unless you choose to purchase again.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service for personal, non-commercial viewing only, and not to attempt to circumvent, resell, or redistribute access to the service.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but streaming quality and channel availability can be affected by factors outside our control, including your internet connection, your device, and upstream content providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, including sharing or reselling account details. We will act reasonably and, where practical, give notice before doing so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered.
